Your package shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off with signature. If you prefer Express delivery you can choose at checkout, an additional cost will be applied. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Free Shipping(Canada and USA only) include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. For Express or Your choice of shipping(other countries) - Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your packages are insured and special care is taken to protect fragile objects, but sometimes we may not assure how they might be handled during courier transmission. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
All Shipments Are Insured We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all SampadhaJewlz orders, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with the carrier
Shipping To Alternate Address If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card. Return Policy No return of items accepted unless there is a defect in product. For calming such items- unboxing video is mandatory and needs to reach our email support@sampadhajewlz or WatsApp number +1437-533-7097 with in 24 hours . A clear video of unboxing with date and time stamp is mandatory.
